How you use it?

1. Find a quiet place where you can lie down for about 8 minutes. This can be placed on a bed, sofa, floor or lounge chair.

2. Place the neck in the middle of the neck support of the equipment. Start with gentle traction assistance (convex surface under the head).

3. Lie down gently on the device, up or down along the spine to find the best position for your neck. Bend your knees and put your hands next to your head.

4. After comfort, let your neck be further fixed on the support. Breathing slowly and deeply helps to relax.

5. Pay attention to how support strengthens your posture. At this point, you may observe that you are releasing pressure.

6. You may notice that your neck, trapezius and shoulder muscles relax further and your posture becomes more consistent.

7. Reposition gently every few minutes to prevent local fatigue. If necessary, you can resume your position.
